Elizabeth J. McLaughlin, O.D.

Elizabeth J. McLaughlin, O.D. joined Eye Associates in 2015. Liz grew up in Mercersburg, PA.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Westminster College with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She went on to attend the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia, PA.

While in optometry school, she served as legislative chair of the American Optometric Student Association. During her rotations, she spent time at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Johnson City, TN, and at the Naval Submarine Base in New London, CT.  She graduated with High Honors in 2014. Dr. McLaughlin belongs to the American Optometric Association and the Virginia Optometric Association.

When she is not in the office, you can find her on the volleyball court or spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three cats.
